You pay a flat monthly fee for the platform based on your plan — Essentials ($149/mo) or Professional ($299/mo). The price covers your entire clinic regardless of how many appointments you book or clients you serve. Voice AI is an optional add-on billed separately based on call minutes.

2.5% + $0.15 per transaction for card-present payments. Online and card-not-present transactions are 3.2% + $0.25. No hidden markups or monthly gateway fees.
Voice AI is a separate add-on. You choose a plan based on your expected call volume — 100, 400, or 1,200 minutes per month. Minutes that go beyond your plan are billed at the per-minute overage rate. Unused minutes do not roll over. Enterprise customers get custom voice volume bundled into their plan.
A minute is measured from when the AI answers the call to when the call ends. If a call lasts 2 minutes and 15 seconds, that counts as 2.25 minutes. Missed calls and calls under 6 seconds are not charged.
