AestheticRecord pricing, explained
AestheticRecord publishes per-user pricing that looks like the cheapest number in the category. For one provider it genuinely is. This page walks the model as published in August 2026 — and the two multipliers the sticker hides.
The published structure
AestheticRecord prices per user per month, with plans starting around $15–19 per user (annual billing shown lower), an Unlimited option, and paid guided-onboarding packages sold separately. Charting-related capabilities scale with plan level. As always with per-seat pricing, the published number is the price of one person, not of your practice.
Multiplier one: your team
Per-user pricing scales linearly: a ten-person practice at $19/user is $190/month before onboarding — comparable to flat-priced all-in platforms, for a system that covers documentation but not full operations. Count every user who needs access (providers, front desk, management), not just injectors.
Multiplier two: the companion stack
AestheticRecord's core is clinical documentation. Booking, full POS, memberships with dunning, marketing, and payroll typically come from other tools running alongside it — each with its own bill. The honest comparison is AestheticRecord plus its companions versus one all-in platform.
How Gracero compares
Gracero publishes everything: $149/mo Essentials or $299/mo Professional, flat per clinic with unlimited team members — the aesthetic layer (versioned consents, treatment charting, before-&-after photos) and all seven AI agents included on Professional, payment processing at published rates, month to month. The full price list, including the voice AI add-on, is at gracero.ai/pricing — and the side-by-side is at Gracero vs AestheticRecord.
