Mangomint pricing, explained
Mangomint publishes clean, honest pricing — a base fee plus a per-user rate, with optional add-ons. The math is simple; the point of this page is doing it for real team sizes, because per-user models compound quietly.
The published structure
As of August 2026: $120/month base plus $10 per active user. Add-ons include Phone (in-app calls and texting) at $70/month and Payroll processing from $50/month plus $8 per worker. Payment processing is separate per-transaction pricing, with custom rates available for larger businesses.
What real teams pay
A solo operator pays about $130/month before add-ons — genuinely inexpensive. A six-person clinic using phone and payroll lands around $120 + $60 users + $70 phone + $50 + $48 payroll ≈ $348/month. A twelve-person team crosses $500. None of that is hidden; it's just per-user math doing what per-user math does as you grow.
What the price doesn't include
Mangomint is salon-and-spa software, excellent at what it covers — but the aesthetic layer isn't there at any price: no consent forms, no structured treatment charting, no before-&-after photo system. A med spa on Mangomint budgets for one to three additional tools alongside it, which belongs in the comparison total.
How Gracero compares
Gracero publishes everything: $149/mo Essentials or $299/mo Professional, flat per clinic with unlimited team members — the aesthetic layer (versioned consents, treatment charting, before-&-after photos) and all seven AI agents included on Professional, payment processing at published rates, month to month. The full price list, including the voice AI add-on, is at gracero.ai/pricing — and the side-by-side is at Gracero vs Mangomint.
