Zenoti pricing, explained (and why you can't find it)

Search for Zenoti's price and you'll find a demo form, not a number — pricing is quote-only. That's normal for enterprise software and not a criticism; it does mean an independent clinic needs to know how the model works before entering a sales cycle.

How quote-based pricing works

Zenoti sells the way enterprise platforms sell: a discovery process, a proposal typically structured per location, implementation and onboarding scoped as a project, and a term contract. Public reporting and buyer accounts consistently describe enterprise-level budgets aimed at chains and franchises — the customers Zenoti is explicitly built for, with hundreds of locations under management.

What to ask before you sign

Get every number in writing: the per-location subscription at your real location count, implementation and training fees, the contract term and what early exit costs, which AI and add-on modules are included versus separately licensed, payment-processing rates, and the renewal escalator. Quote-based pricing is negotiable by design — the first proposal is an opening position.

Benchmarking the quote

Put the quote next to published-market prices: category platforms publish $99–$410 per month per location, and all-in flat pricing exists at $149–$299 per clinic. If your quote lands at a multiple of those figures, you're paying for enterprise scale — worth it if you operate like an enterprise, questionable if you're one to three locations.

How Gracero compares

Gracero publishes everything: $149/mo Essentials or $299/mo Professional, flat per clinic with unlimited team members — the aesthetic layer (versioned consents, treatment charting, before-&-after photos) and all seven AI agents included on Professional, payment processing at published rates, month to month. The full price list, including the voice AI add-on, is at gracero.ai/pricing — and the side-by-side is at Gracero vs Zenoti.

Questions, answered

Everything you're wondering.

Zenoti doesn't publish pricing — every deal is a custom quote, typically per location with implementation fees and term contracts, at enterprise budget levels (checked August 2026). Specifics vary by deal; get every component in writing and benchmark against published-market prices before signing.
Because it sells to chains and franchises where every deployment differs — custom scope justifies custom quotes. It's a legitimate enterprise model; it just fits procurement teams better than independent owners who need to budget this week.
Platforms with published pricing: the category publishes $99–$410/month per location, and Gracero publishes flat $149–$299 per clinic with the aesthetic layer and AI agents included. The side-by-side is at /compare/zenoti-alternative.
