Protocols turn individual provider skill into institutional consistency, and they are what medical directors sign and staff train against.
How it works in an aesthetic clinic
The clinic's lip filler protocol specifies the screening questions, the good-faith-exam requirement, approved products and maximum volumes, technique standards, the aftercare message that sends automatically, and the two-week follow-up booked at checkout. A new injector's onboarding is sign-off against the protocol, and every chart references the version in force.
