What is Botox unit?
A Botox unit is the dosing measure for botulinum toxin: vials contain a fixed number of units (commonly 50 or 100), treatments use some of them, and clinics price, chart, and manage inventory in units. Unit economics connect clinical dosing, per-unit pricing, and product cost in a single number.
How it works in an aesthetic clinic
A 100-unit vial is reconstituted and drawn down treatment by treatment: 24 units across the glabella, 18 in the forehead. Charting units per site per client feeds three systems at once: the clinical record, per-unit pricing at checkout, and the inventory ledger showing 58 units remaining on that vial and what expired unused at week's end.
